Reporting to the **Head of Performance & Workforce Management**, you will be responsible for producing operational performance reports, scheduling resources, and handling intraday allocation & control activities to maximize performance and the value delivered to our customers. The position offers an excellent platform to get broad **exposure** to Group-level and subsidiary/ Business Units management, thus opening various **international career steps** within **Allianz** Partners.- Counsel/support direct reports on day-to-day business activities and align on priorities- **Make sure the following meetings are being held 1/ weekly team, 2/ monthly 101 with your WFM analysts.**- **Your ratio will be 7 to 10 WFM analyst under your leadership and team.**- Produce **Key performance indicators reports** for the leadership team covering all dimensions of performance such as Activity, Quality and Cost to facilitate decision-making at management level- Act as **role model** in representing Allianz Partners' core values and comply with the company's rules & regulation policies- Perform **any other duties** assigned by the hierarchy- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.- **Communicate with top management, internal customers, vendors, and client**- Escalate and **report all IT related issues** to the relevant service desk- **Coverage 24/7 and availability in case of IT issue and BCP purposes, none negational.**Qualifitactions:- +2 years of successful professional experience in planning and reporting- Education: Bachelor's degree in business / Operations or related work experience- ? Intermediate to advance MS Office Excel skills- Excellent analytical skills with high level of proficiency in XLS/VBA, PPT, MDB- Motivated: eager, proactive, positive & flexible individual who delivers despite obstacles- Knowledge of WFM software (VERINT and/or INVISION) is highly regarded but not mandatoryPay: $23,000.00 - $24,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Venustiano Carranza, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: One location
