The Mexico City Workplace Experience Coordinator plays an instrumental role in bringing the new office to life and maintaining operational excellence.**Things You'll Do**- Champion our culture, vision, and values by creating programs tailored to the Mexico City office in partnership with local business leaders and people managers.- Partner with the People, Facilities, Design, IT, Health Safety Security, and Finance functions to operate and maintain a best in class office environment.- Oversee operational budgets for multiple cost centers.- Management of employee food program; assisting with vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, cost management.- Project Management support of few facility build out; point of contact for local GCs, Architect, and Global Facilities team.- Achieve KPI metrics and CSAT goals.- Coordinate and host engagement activities, social events, and large seasonal parties for employees.**How You'll Find Success**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively manage feedback.- Develop strong and respectful working relationships with teammates, peers, and stakeholders.- Take ownership and work independently on tasks and projects with little instruction.- Effectively convey ideas, solutions, and problems with manager, peers, and customers.- Embody a 'One Team' mentality; enthusiastic to work with and learn from others.- Having an entrepreneurial spirit: ability to accept challenges, take initiative and drive tasks to completion**How You'll Grow**Being part of a Global organization and team will allow the opportunity to work with and learn from cross functional colleagues around the world
