The Workplace Experience Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, engaging, productive, and unique work environment. This role focuses on enhancing the company culture and overall employee experience by managing office amenities, coordinating fun events, and fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.Key Responsibilities Office Environment: Ensure the office environment is welcoming, fun, comfortable, and conducive to team interaction and productivity. Oversee the design and layout of office spaces to optimize functionality and aesthetics. Manage office amenities, including food & beverages, kitchen supplies, lounge areas, and recreational facilities. Culture & Communication: Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values and mission. Organize fun and inclusive activities including social events, team-building activities, and wellness programs. Develop and maintain novel, interesting, and engaging internal communication channels. Event & Facilities Management: Manage event budgets and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises. Coordinate with building management and external vendors for repairs, cleaning, and other services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Technology and Tools: Implement and manage technology solutions that enhance the workplace experience, such as collaboration tools and office management software. Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues or improvements. Position Requirements Experience in a similar role, such as Office Manager, in a startup environment.
