WORKSTATIONS NPI & SUSTAINING PROCESS:- Own the overall NPI Process framework and Timelines, including product launch timelines, NPI tools and asset development.- Develop and provide a comprehensive NPI package to markets for product launches.- Own the cadence for NPI process with CoE PMs, GBU NPI teams and markets to ensure successful NPI.- Manage all market requirements on sustenance of existing roadmaps, enabling new components, extension of technologies, inclusion of new technologies on existing products- Track transition management and provide needed support to accelerate it Represent workstations for Pan PS Sales Content Management tools for HP Sales and Partners- CoE Communications for markets including Newsletters, Product and Technology- Messaging- Providing needed support for sunsetting old generation of products- Working in partnership with LCMs.
