- Develop and maintain robust inventory financial models to facilitate accurate forecasting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for inventory projections and financial planning.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports for audit reviews, ensuring transparency and compliance with auditing standards.
- Effectively communicate inventory financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to external auditors, articulating complex inventory-related financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Provides the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
- Consults with business leaders to guide and influence long
- term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope.
- Forecasts financial results within the broadest scope.
- Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
- Proven experience in Inventory management and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of inventory principles and external auditing standards.
- Data analytics or data science proven experience is a plus.
