.**WPB LATAM Chief Architect****Main activities**:- The WPB LATAM Chief Architect has three primary areas of accountability- To define, maintain and own the enterprise architecture for the supporting region, ensuring compliance with group standards and- policies- To manage the design activities associated with the regional portfolio of change- To lead the Enterprise Architecture & Design Practice within the region, including ensuring that the target architecture (as defined with the Technology TOM) is implemented consistently across the CIO function and respective DevOps teams- Lead and own the development and implementation of architecture strategy and standards pertinent to the region- Introduce new practices, processes, operating model, techniques, products, services, technologies and standards where needed against- identified use cases, via the appropriate governance bodies- Act as the recognized technical expert associated with the relevant regional domain / systems.- Accountable design authority for technology decisions and leadership of the appropriate governance bodies.- Review services provided against regional strategy and benchmark internally/externally as appropriate.Stay abreast of technology trends and advise Technology and the business about potential benefits/impacts.Requirements**Requirements**:- Experience in delivering solutions over a number of years in roles other than architecture- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Capability to influence and champion new ideas and technical direction within the organization- Ability to collaborate with the Business and Engineers to ensure solutions adhere to principles and direction set- Ability to breakdown non-functional requirements into Infrastructure and Security designs- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to adapt verbal and written communications to the appropriate audience to communicate at the right level- Responsible for significant architectural decisions and provide justification for decisions taken- Technical and business stakeholder management from developers to executive management- Good understanding of the Business Functional Domains (with at least one function end to end); Operations and Frontline activities- Awareness of Infrastructure Design and concepts- Awareness on Integration concepts, techniques, and patterns
