Responsible for relationship management with key stakeholders in GSK to ensure infrastructure and services support and facilitate the full range of business operations to meet the enterprise needs aligned and balanced against local business needs. Ensure local delivery of all facilities and services at multiple sites at the region, ensuring cost, quality and compliance metrics are achieved by key contract partners and landlords. Responsible for the interface with executive managers of key contract partners to ensure appropriate governance and service delivery. Implement policies, standards, and guidelines designed in the target WREF towers at the sites.
**_ Your Responsibilities:_** This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- Responsible for the designated service delivery and it is ongoing development across relevant sites.
- Establish and develop key relationships with senior GSK management and the service providers to enable successful delivery of cost savings and service level agreements at the sites.
- Responsible for the local contract governance and delivery to ensure value and efficiencies at the sites.
- Identify and/or support the successful delivery of all capital/revenue projects across a cluster of sites including infrastructure, business driven, or workplace initiatives by means of third-party resources.
- Ensure uninterrupted delivery of all facility operations to the business through internal, contract and landlord resources.
- Act as key GSK contact with external community, landlord, government, or other agencies at a site or local event.
- Act as a mediator and decision maker in the resolution of disputes associated with delivery of services at the site level.
- Identify opportunities for improved service site level delivery from providers through innovation, technology, and processes.
- Chair, co-chair, or otherwise lead site level operations teams including key stakeholders, business partners, and contract partners.
- Provide guidance, drive, support, and goals for the designated service category teams accountable for delivering services to the local or regional sites.
- Track and monitor performance metrics and indictors for sites.
- Report performance and required executive level decisions or interventions to ensure compliance with the contract terms.
- Maintains ethics and compliance values even when potential risks exists

**_Basic Qualifications:_** We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, business administration or related discipline
- Experience in Broad working knowledge of Facilities Management operations.
- Establish strong working relationships with key external contract partners, to deliver appropriate site services in agreement with established contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and bring structure into highly complex projects
- Fluency in English it is a must
