- Gain a good understanding of, and be able to explain, the portal ecosystem and workstreams Manage Governance Process, including evaluation of change requests to portal navigation & content, organizing requestors to present at weekly Governance Calls, and discussing approvals with Governance Council Provide support to regional content engagement leads to define and communicate portal standards guidelines Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and policy establishment Maintain project roadmap and overview of projects being run within the team Establish and enforce project management best practicr the team llow Collect top accomplishmenom team member inclusion in weekly report to Director / VP Organize team and stakeholders calls, including soliciting topics, securing speakers, and sending out meeting minutes Use partner survedback to identify pain points within the Portal, to help identify improvement projects within the team Act as project managr moderately complex, small to medium projects Will have exposure to some large global projects as a team member Participate in user Importante empresa regression testing during new code implementation Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members Management of team SharePoint, documentation, and structure Responsibr support process, capabilities activities and trainir stakeholders Coordinate efforts between L1 support teams and Portal team--_About you:
