Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and or business solution.
Research, gather and synthesize information.
Primary Responsibilities
Subject matter expert of Commercial Banking products, features, and system enhancements.
Data mapping expertise to map relational databases and fields from Investor s systems to CFG.
Support Product Owner in defining Epics and User Stories to capture work required to convert ISBC s platforms to CFG.
Document, review and analyze system related changes to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and or regulatory and risk requirements.
Initiate complex solutions associated to achieve customer satisfaction.
