Zapier Specialist

Profile
- Strong experience in technology integration and automation, particularly using Zapier or MAKE software.
- Knowledge of WordPress for basic site maintenance and content updates.
- Workflow creation.
- Familiarity with AI content generation tools like ChatGPT.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong technical aptitude.
- Good communication skills for explaining technical issues and solutions to non-technical team members and clients.
- Proactive approach to handling support desk tickets and technical inquiries.
- Ability to demonstrate accountability, timeliness, and accuracy on a consistent basis.
- English 50%
