You will utilize data to assess customer lifetime value (CLV) and provide insights that aid leadership in managing the business effectively, with a strong emphasis on maximizing ROI.
Additionally, you will facilitate critical planning processes, including the development of growth strategies and the establishment of metric targets, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Your role will involve measuring and optimizing marketing campaign performance at both individual and aggregate levels to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.The ideal candidate will possess a curious mindset, strong critical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive key business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and initiatives, providing insights into their impact on customer retention and lifetime value.Work with Marketing leadership to develop metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer groups and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast LTV for target accounts, helping to prioritize marketing efforts and resource allocation.Educate and support team members and stakeholders on LTV concepts and analysis methodologies to foster a data-driven culture.Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Marketing teams and collaborative partners (marketing operations, sales leadership, finance, and management) to achieve cross-functional objectives.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence, ideally within the SaaS industry
