Job Title: Executive Assistant to Regional Vice PresidentWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to provide exceptional administrative support to our Regional Vice President.
This role demands exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Manage the RVP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Project Management: Assist in planning and executing regional projects and initiatives.Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the RVP, VP staff, and other internal and external stakeholders.Travel and Event Planning: Coordinate travel arrangements and plan regional events, conferences, and meetings.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives.Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 per year.About the Role: As the Executive Regional Vice President Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the RVP's calendar, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.About Our Company: We offer a full-time position with occasional overtime required and a hybrid scheme.
