About the roleThis position is for a People Technology applications analyst who will help build and maintain our HR technology solutions using Workday and other supporting tech stack.
As a Workday Application Analyst, you will: Build and maintain solutions within Workday.
Partner closely with People Technology engineering team, product team and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Design, configure, test and deploy solutions within Workday.
Participate in triage/on call duties to monitor ServiceNow ticket system and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Find Opportunities by researching new Workday functionality to bring value to our customers or solve their problems.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Who you areWorkday experience is a MUST.
Minimum 5 years experience in configuring multiple Workday modules such as core HCM, advanced comp, talent, benefits, recruiting, absence and time tracking as well as cross application modules including Workday advanced reporting, dashboards and security.
Familiar with Workday integrations and have basic understanding of how integrations work in general.
Experience in Workday Payroll is preferred.
Experience working in Agile/ Scrum framework and JIRA is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
Strong collaboration skills to build good working relationships with partners.
Never afraid of asking questions and speak up in the meetings.
