**GENERAL OVERVIEW**: The Junior Process Engineer oversees new product development or Engineering changes. Elaboration and Creation of Flow charts, Initial PFMEA, Design of Process and workstations. Develop of verification process check list, go no-go, poke-yokes & MSA implementation studies (SPC, CPK) Regular meeting with corporate to following the status for new projects / engineering changes or transferences. Lay out management (changes and revision), time studies, balancing line balancing to optimize the manning.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
- Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data
- Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
- Perform process simulations
- Manage cost and time constraints
- Perform risk assessments
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
