GENERAL SUMMARY:The Production Manager reports to the Assembly Site Director and is responsible for coordinating the activities of production assembly personnel/teams in order to meet schedule and product quality requirements adhering to continuous improvement philosophy. Oversees performance of departmental personnel, conductsperformance reviews, and initiates corrective action measures to address performance problems, as needed.
