We are currently looking for a talented and motivated **Project Technical Specialist Jr** to join our team.
The Project Technical Specialist Jr will be responsible for supporting project teams in the execution and coordination of technical tasks. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
**Responsibilities**:
In a vehicle project the Technical Specialist is operatively attached to the Vehicle Technical Manager:
- Support the Product/Process convergence (hard points in zone meetings )
- Participate in the creation and organization of Connections/Fasteners
- Organize meetings to help to coordinate the technical core team's activity and identify roadblocks
- Help to define with the Technical Manager the follow-up and final KPI
- Prepare and participate in the Change Management meeting
- Contribute to the quality convergence by synchronizing the part modifications with the project planning (batch of modifications).
- Participate in the Product/Process convergence & reactivity (mainly for Welding, Painting and Assembly)
**Requirements**:
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical role
- Professional / School Projects experience with Catia, Teamcenter, NX, and BOMs
- Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn use of proprietary Stellantis softwares
- Full Program Life-cycle knowledge
- Stellantis PDP knowledge is a plus
- Launch experience is a plus
- Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding
