**Job Title**: Sales Account Manager**City**: El Salto**Work Model**: Remote**C-Level**: C-41As a **Sales Account Manager**, you will be responsible for managing existing Dairy accounts as well as creating new business and/or clients to meet and increase the sales budget and business profitability according to the established objectives and annual strategic plan.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional.

**Your Key Responsibilities**- Develop business opportunities and maintain existing ones to meet the annual sales budget.- Maintain a close business relationship based on mutually beneficial agreements.- Provide commercial support for the introduction of new materials to current clients and promote these materials to potential clients through commercial expertise, innovation, and technical support.- Negotiate prices, volumes, new projects, and develop commercial offers with clients according to the agreed strategy, keeping accounts healthy and profitable.- Understand and track customer needs according to client and market demands.- Review and fulfill accurate monthly sales planning to maintain inventories as precisely as possible.- Develop action plans following the established program with the global and regional team.
**What You Bring**- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields.- ** Language**: Intermediate to Advanced English.- 4 to 5 years of experience in the Food Ingredients industry is desirable.- Commercial experience, preferably in specialty ingredients (cultures and dairy enzymes), flavors, and technical knowledge in food processes, dairy, and plant-based products.
