As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems.Responsibilities:Steers and validates provision of relevant information about the customer in the area of responsibility.Validates RFQ conditions, customer project portfolio development, the realization of potential customer target costs in area of responsibility and informs all relevant parties.Drives the business on customer or car line level (margin contribution), the strategic business planning and the operational reporting.Approves and steers measures execution for margin improvements in the area of responsibility.Decides and negotiates with the customer in case that arbitration of customer volume/demand in order to optimize production costs.Acts towards the customer as first contact person and coordinates and tracks all topics/escalations addressed from the customer.Manages positive positioning of LEONI at the customer regarding to image, marketing, brand proactively and customer feedback.Collects customer claims and co-ordinates solutions, car line level that all customer claims are negotiated and paid in the targeted time line with the requested result.Manages the on-time cash collection and overdue payments & deductions in the area of responsibility in co-operation with Customer Billing.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree completed.Minimum 3 years of leadership experience and/or similar coordination position.Advanced English.Data, Gap, Trend, and Cost Benefit Analysis.Business Knowledge.Apply online.
