**Essential Duties**- Contact customers by phone and review account.- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers current requirements and pain points- Present and demonstrate new or additional products and services to our customers, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process- Utilize multiple systems to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesSTANDARD QUALIFICATIONS:**_ WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT?_****Qualifications**- Must be 18 years of age or older- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities- Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services.CONDITIONS:- Must be authorized to work in their country of residence (The United States or Canada)- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
