We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
An Account Manager will act as a liaison between the clients, employees, and MezTal.
The best AMs are genuinely excited to help customers and help grow the business.ResponsibilitiesEstablish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients and their hiring managers.Support new and existing client employees through consistent communication and meetings.Manage the hand-off of employees to clients.Search for open positions and opportunities for prospects and clients.Support the finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payment from our clients.Manage administrative tasks such as sending agreements, inputting information into the CRM, and supporting the business development team.Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our clients.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.Minimum RequirementsProven customer support experience or account management experience.Proven experience in B2B Sales.5+ years of experience in a similar role.Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (plus if HubSpot).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Experience having clients in the healthcare or hospitality organizations is a plus.Advanced English only.Located in Guadalajara.Open to Hybrid.Awesome Benefits for Our Team!Christmas Bonus: 30 days, to be paid in December.Major Medical Expense Insurance: Coverage up to $20,000,000.00 MXN.Minor Medical Insurance: VRIM membership with special discounts on doctor's appointments and accident reimbursements.Dental Insurance: Always smile with confidence!Life Insurance: (Death and MXN Disability).Vacation Days: 12 vacation days in accordance with Federal Labor Law, with prior approval from your manager.
