This role focuses on supporting the Accounts team through a blend of technical skills, communication, analytical thinking, and organizational prowess, aiming to streamline operations and ensure the success of account-related activities.Responsibilities:CommunicationsServe as a critical bridge between the Accounts team and the media and digital teams, facilitating cohesive strategies, accurate billing, and project coordination.Keep the Accounts and Project Management teams aligned with updates on project statuses and progress, ensuring clear communication and realistic timelines.Work closely with the Accounts team to gather and finalize client plans, ensuring they are ready for monthly sign-offs. This involves verifying the accuracy of the plans, aligning with client objectives, and coordinating with relevant teams to address any last-minute adjustments or confirmations needed before obtaining approval.Operations and AdministrationUtilize G Suite tools for client communications, scheduling, and document management, ensuring efficient external interactions.Handle sensitive client information with discretion, adhering to company protocols and ensuring confidentiality.Work with the Finance department to accurately and promptly provide necessary client billing information and update pipeline / revenue forecasts.Leverage ClickUp to manage tasks and projects efficiently, preventing bottlenecks and supporting the Accounts team in meeting deadlines.Organize meeting agendas for Account Managers, ensuring comprehensive and coherent updates.Provide administrative support to the Accounts lead, assisting with various tasks for smooth day-to-day operations.ReportingAssist Account Managers in maintaining up-to-date client project statuses, including monitoring changes and collecting client feedback.Collaborate across the Accounts, Media, and Digital teams to compile data and insights for detailed client project reports.Analyze report data to extract actionable insights and communicate complex information effectively to both clients and internal teams.Key Skills and Qualifications:Exceptional communication skills for facilitating both internal coordination and external client interactions. Proficient in conveying complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.Advanced skills in G Suite and ClickUp, necessary for managing projects and tasks effectively.
