Accounting Specialist Junior (H/F)

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring the reliability of the company's financial information. Being our accounting specialist will allow you to be part of the team that will help keep track of the company's finances and the information you collect about economic activities will allow management to make informed decisions that will help the company grow.

Among the main functions as an Accounting Specialist at ETAM are:
? Account reconciliation

? Payment of salaries to the company's staff

? Preparation of payroll tax calculation

? Filing of tax returns.

? Bank account management

? Preparation and interpretation of financial statements

? Filing and control of tax and accounting documents

? Preparation of a list of expenses and income

? Supplier registration

? Control and review of invoices, expense accounts and payments to suppliers

? Report any anomalies that may be found in accounting

**EXPERIENCE & PROFILE**

? Lic. In Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar.

? More than 2 years of experience in SAP ERP (indispensable, as you will work hand in hand with our global team and SAP will be the key tool)

? Junior with 2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance

? English (Essential, your daily spoken and written communication will be with the global team)

? Knowledge in foreign trade operations is a plus

? Excel Intermediate

Pay: Up to $350,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

- SAP and excel knowledge (preferred)
