The Accounts Receivable assist the Credit team with day to day financial and clerical tasks to help with timely collections of customer AR balances.
Qualifications & skills:
- 3-5 years of accounts receivable environment.
- Proficient in English
- Ability to utilize an accounting system, such as SAP.
- Proficiency in use of MS Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to comfortably navigate the internet on freight carrier portals and customer payment portals.
- Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
- Ability to utilize ERP system, such as LN.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in collection of AR balances.
- Pull tracking information from ERP system.
- Research customer chargebacks and provide supporting documentation.
- Work on specific projects as needed.
- May include exporting invoice information.
- Manage various mailboxes to route activity correctly.
- Submit invoices in online customer portals.
- Clear matching transactions.
- Collection management and monitoring of overdue customer invoices.
- Sending weekly account statements to clients.
- Review and monitoring of collection issues with the sales area.
ACCOUNTING PROCESSES:
- Calculation and registration of depreciation for the month of fixed assets.
- Record of the monthly ISR provision.
- Generation and sending of information for tax determination of the month.
- Calculation of monthly Bad Debt.
- Approval of registration of new clients.
- Sending and monitoring of credit analysis for clients with external consultancy ARCSA.
