Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to source and recruit candidates for various positions.Screen and qualify candidates through phone interviews to assess their suitability for open roles.Manage and maintain a candidate database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications.Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting goals.Qualifications:Proven experience in phone-based sales, recruiting, or high-volume outreach.Fluency in English is required (both spoken and written).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in email and phone communication.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM software is a plus.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
