**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology or AFIN.
- 5 years experience in human resources roles.
- Ability to develop and implement human resources strategies.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and ability to ensure legal compliance.
**Main responsibilities**:
1. Personnel administration. Review and control the organizational structure and labor cost, through workforce control, organizational charts, job description and performance evaluation. 2. Manage payroll. Payroll supervision. Manage aspects related to IMSS, IDSE and other legal obligations associated with payroll. 3. Personnel administration. Define the organizational chart together with management and keep it updated. Prepare and keep job descriptions updated. 4. Compensation and benefits. Execution of compensation and benefits policies. Evaluate salary structures to maintain competitiveness in the market. 5. Training. Create and plan training programs, behavior modification programs and organizational climate according to needs. 6. Labor Relations. Labor separations. Review of collective contracts. CCT negotiation. Union relations 7. Mandatory declarations. REPSE, ISCOE AND SISUB procedure Ensure compliance with the SAT and IMSS. 8. Regulatory compliance. Verify compliance with the regulations related to IMSS, SAR, STPS, INFONAVIT, LFT
