**Description**:- Gordian Staffing, A New Way of HR_Founded in 2019, Gordian Staffing helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada with specialized services and provides high-quality people solutions. Our headquarter is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.Our client is a company focused on providing very high-quality property management solutions for condominium, townhome, or co-op community associations effectively and efficiently. They're located in New Jersey and are looking for an Administrative Assistant (remote).The main activities for this position are:- Keep the association board list, and community members database updated within CRM and process their requests.- Keep community websites up to date and post agreed-upon information.- Track annual meetings per chat and ensure notices are prepared and sent on time.- Copy and distribute monthly board meeting notices and packages.- Create and follow up on work orders and violation letters.- Receive and code invoices from vendors.- Initiate and process municipal tax reimbursements.- Coordinate Move-in and outs, Reservations for applicable association facilities (pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.), Parking tags, etc.- Create and follow up on work orders, as well violation letters.- Receive and code invoices from vendors.- Initiate and process municipal tax reimbursements.**Schedule**Monday to Friday 7:30 - 16:00 CST**We offer**:- Competitive Salary (According to experience)- Remote Work- Work Stability- Computer equipment- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)- Six vacation days after the first year- IMSS- Major medical insurance since day 1After the 3-month probation contract, we add:- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city)- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary)- Restaurant tickets ($2,000 pesos)- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary)**Requirements**:- **MUST: Advanced English** (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)- 2 to 3 years of experience with back office activities. Ticket or work order management is desired.- Strong computer skills.- Feel comfortable talking on the phone
