Applies highly developed administrative and coordination skills to complete activities. Acts independently on standard procedures, and handles non-routine situations through interpretation of office guidelines and administrative practices. Proposes and implements to administrative concerns. May provide regular guidance and instruction on work procedures and policy to support personnel. Seeks supervision as needr direction and approvals.Job Responsibilities:Prepares written materials by operating a personal computer, including visual presentation materials, distributing copies and attachments in an accurate and timely manner. Performs administrative details such as database management, tracking and monitoring budgets and resolving any discrepancies, monitoring disbursements, preparing periodic reports, screening telephone calls, coordinatirms processing, processing electronic/paper mail, and procuring supplies and/or services to ensure normow of office activities.Applies nsive Importante empresa/knowledge of division specific and corporate organizational structurnctions, and customers to identify issues, establish priorities, and respond to support needs. Effectively utilizes network of appropriate contacts to resolve problems acilitate appropriate decisions such as those regarding reorganizations, divestitures, litigation and personnel problems. May coordinate information exchange acronctional lines. Liaison with internal/rnal executives. Anticipates needs of supervisor and other principals, as well as department customers. Independently responds to internal and rnal technical inquiries and requests. Solicits information and responds to urgent inquiries during management's absence. Initiates requests, inquiries allow-up with appropriate agencies or parties.Responsibr communication between management and their direct reports on critical issues impacting daily business operations, communicating requests and instructions when necessary. Takes authorized action during management's (and other principals) absence ensuring matters requiring attention are referred to delegated authority or handled in a manner so as to minimize effect of absence. Is authorized to sign as delegatr management in their absenceServes as resource person, providing interpretation and individual applicatir standard departmental/divisional policies, procedures,guidelines, and practices, influencing adherence to and enforcement of policies.
