Company: A leading company specializing in sanitary products, water pumps, and power tools, with over 20 years of experience in international markets.Responsibilities:Human Resources:Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee rewards, discipline, and offboarding processes in Mexico.Foster team development and ensure a positive, productive work environment.Administrative Management:Oversee daily office and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth functioning and organization.Maintain and manage internal filing systems for easy access and compliance.Commercial Support:Coordinate the company's participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, promoting brand visibility.Manage and update the company website and social media platforms.Renew necessary business licenses and permits to ensure full legal compliance.External Relations:Act as the company's representative in external communications, building strong partnerships.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment in an international company.Base salary ($30,000 gross)Law benefitsAnual BonusA supportive and collaborative team culture.Requirements:Previous experience in the sanitary furniture industry.Advanced English proficiency.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a half-day on Saturdays.If you're proactive, organized, and have experience in HR and administrative functions, apply to join our team!#J-18808-Ljbffr
