The ideal candidate will be able to lead and execute complex projects from conception to implementation, ensuring that time, budget, and quality objectives are met.Key Responsibilities:Coordinates the advanced manufacturing team for project management and development.Leads the simultaneous engineering process and the search for technology with suppliers for machines, equipment, tooling, gauges, among others for new products.Coordinates and manages the early industrialization process for new products.Identifies business needs in the manufacturing process, coordinates with different areas and resources of the operational and support areas, connecting key personnel according to the project requirements.Leads the Economic Evaluation of projects for the development of new technologies and manufacturing processes.Leads the development of RFQ, engineering review, and FAT and SAT validations with different suppliers.Ensures the development and validation of the Comprehensive Manufacturing Plan and coordinates the development of feasibility studies for new products.Ensures compliance of the advanced manufacturing team with continuous improvement activities (Carrier X), Quality, and EH&S.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing project management.Experience in implementing industrial automation technologies (robotics, process control).Advanced English (both spoken and written).Leadership: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.Problem-solving: Finding creative and efficient solutions to challenges.Effective communication: Conveying ideas clearly and concisely, both at a technical and managerial level.Results-oriented: Meeting objectives on time and within budget.Adaptability: Managing change and adapting to new technologies.Project management methodologies (PMI, Agile).Project management tools (MS Project, Asana).Advanced Excel skills.Benefits:Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance.Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities
