**Position**:
After Sales & Quality Specialist

We're currently looking for an After Sales & Quality Specialist for our Guadalajara Office. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers and suppliers through RMAs orders.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Responsible for the day-to-day post-sales activities, sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers/suppliers and assigned accounts. Maintains efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures. Serves as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers.
- Problem Resolution: Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve post-sales problems.
- Support Management: Support sales team with direct customer contact for post-Invoice issues
- Attend/lead the supplier quality calls and set internal action plan and communicate to appropriate account team members.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of electronic industry experience in customer support, planning, procurement or related.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
**Work Arrangement**:
- Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$21,191.67 - $24,750.00 MXN Monthly
