- Objective of the position:
- Plan and manage the fulfillment of truck parts from DTNA's Global supply base in Mexico to Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs) in the United States and Canada. These parts are then delivered to dealers and customers in this region. The goal is to ensure high fill rates from our PDCs to support vehicle uptime for our customers and high market share for our shareholders.

- Main Functions:
- Plan and procure quantities of parts necessary to ensure on time delivery of Aftermarket requirements while maintaining adequate inventory turn rates. Manage order parameters and exceptions.
- Manage Critical Shortage Requests from Supply Chain to minimize aftermarket shortages. Resolve and expedite back orders and stock orders as necessary to satisfy customer expectations and on time delivery targets.
- Pursue supply chain optimization initiatives (Minimum order quantities, manufacturing lead-times, drop-ship capabilities, etc.)
- Collaborate daily with AM Supply Chain Portland to ensure correct actions are taken to achieve goals.
- Manage Aftermarket supplier performance, account health and relationship. Ensure familiarity and active utilization of supplier account management tools located on Supplier Collaboration Portal.
- Participate in cross functional supplier management activities, identifying and communicate supplier risks.
- Communicate DTNA needs and expectations to assigned suppliers, monitor supplier On Time Shipping (OTS) and responsiveness.
- Utilize Power BI planner dashboards and shortage monitoring reporting to seek out, minimize supply chain risk.
