.Following are the proposed details for an offer to the position of an Agency Engagement Manager for Distribution, a Grade 20 position. This position will be based in Mexico City and will report to Jorge Jaimes.High Strategic and innovative Approach- Develop positive relationship with the clients, assigning company resources to the client, managing client's expectations, and working with all the staff areas in order to deliver the service to the client.- Knowledge and experience in recruitment, training and managing massive strategies through traditional and digital resources- Achievement of the triannual recruitment goal while tracking Business Drivers and KPI's all aligned to SME strategy.- Responsible for developing, aligning, executing and managing company strategy and action plan to achieve the production and budget target.- Long-term oversight and leadership of the business with high focus in the digital discipline and tecnological tools for producers- High capability to engage Wolesalers and new producers creating the business relationship with appointed agents and other related business partners- Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities focusing in the self service and digital platforms in line with company direction and recruitment program.- Understand the company's operation procedure and ensure the operation appropriately align with compliance; - University degree (bussines, marketing, communications and/or similar)- Requires soft & technical skills (leadership, organizational, planning, communication, decision-making, delegation, problem-solving, motivating, negotiating, manage key recruitment strategies.Strong ability for internal interaction across different areas in the organization is needed.- 3 years as a minimum experience in the insurance industry in commercial areas.- Deep Knowledge in recruitment processWe're proud to offer a range of employee benefits and resources that help you protect what matters most - your health care, savings, financial protection and wellbeing.
