At our core, we strive to uphold HPE's values - to partner, innovate and act - we are an organization that plan, source, and provide quality customer and partner experiencesExecutes operational activities related to fallout, configuration, order management process and order life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders flow successfully from entry to invoice.Data analysis for root cause investigation and resolution on recurring system fallouts.Engagement front and back office, to ensure quality and E2E Fallout support.Support provided in English and Spanish in AMS region.**_How you'll make your mark:_**- Supports E2E AMS Order lifecycle- Connect with other teams using the proper tools and methods to get support and resolve fallouts.- Follow-up and active communication with internal customer and support teams for faster resolution of fallout cases.- Propose process improvement related to trends detected in fallout**_About you:_**- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent- Typically, 2-4 years of experience in management, customer care, supply chain, customer service, order managment.- Knowledge of SAP (basic- intermediate).- Advanced english**_Knowledge and Skills:- **- Basic Understanding of Order Flow End to End- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Knowledge on business tools such as SAP system and SFDC- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsJoin us and make your mark!We offer:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element!
