Grow your career as an **Analista de Compras** within **Inclusive Collection**, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for the follow up of the different Procurement Projects, Implementation of BirchStreet System, Maintenance of the Articles and Suppliers Database in the different systems. Working closely with the Corporate Buyers. Its responsibilities include managing the properties requests for new items and suppliers, uploading them to the database.

**A successful Analista de Compras will**:

- Support the project of implementation of the BirchStreet system and the Innsist-BSS integration by following up on the tasks set and providing information as required by the stakeholders.
- Feed, update and maintain the central catalogues (items&suppliers) in accordance with the requirements of the Inclusive Collection Procurement and Standard department for corporate categories (negotiations), as well as by the regions with centralised catalogues.
- Support in the review and execution of processes and templates for the maintenance of the central catalogues (request for registration of articles and suppliers, centralization of catalogues, mapping codes, filling in layouts for uploading information).
- General support in the tasks required by the HIC Procurement & Standards Direction and it managerial team.
- General support in the tasks required by the corporate purchasing analysts according to the corporate negotiations.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by Procurement & Standards Direction.

**A successful Analista de Compras will have**:

- Bachelor Degree in Administrative Areas, Tourism, or International Trade
- No minimum experience is required. Recent college graduates are desirable.
- Advanced use of Excel and Power Point
- English: at least 70% or able to have business conversations.
- Basic knowledge of International Trade.
- Basic Negotiation Skills.
- 20% of time to travel to the different regions were hotel are operated by HIC. To support the project of implementation of the BirchStreet system
