Job Description:
At ArcelorMittal Mexico, we are looking for a Marketing Analyst with experience in market analysis and strategic marketing to join our marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies to strengthen the company's position in the Mexican market and across North America. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and a deep understanding of the dynamics of the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behavior,
and competitor activities in the steel industry and related sectors.
Prepare analytical reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making in marketing strategies.
Evaluate product and service performance by collecting sales data and analyzing market trends.
2. Development and Execution of Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective campaigns targeting various B2B and B2C customer segments.
Support the creation of digital marketing strategies, including campaigns on social media.
Participate in the development and execution of product launch strategies and promotional activities to increase ArcelorMittal's brand visibility.
3. Monitoring and Reporting KPIs:
Measure and analyze the performance of campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs), such as ROI, conversion rates, and web traffic.
Provide regular and detailed reports to senior management on the impact of strategies and campaigns implemented.
4. Project Management and Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, IT)
to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Assist in the development of communication and promotional materials, such as presentations, infographics, and website content.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
Additional coursework or certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or project management is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in strategic marketing or market analysis in industrial sectors, B2B, or technical products.
Experience in the industrial sector (preferably in manufacturing, mining, or technology) is highly valued.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in both Spanish and English) for presenting analysis and results to internal teams and clients.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively with international teams.
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI, advanced Excel, and other statistical tools is a plus.

A nivel nacional contamos con más de 8,000 colaboradores directos y cerca de 50,000 indirectos.
