**Description**
This position is responsible to review, assess accuracy and transact adjustments based primarily on discrepancies in ISS with other carriers. Position is accountable to ensure CPKC is accurately recognizing interline revenue and that transactions performed are in compliance with process and financial controls.
**Accountabilities**
- Investigate, analyze, and process corrections inbound disputes, assess the actions required and followthrough to resolve of the interline settlement or claim
- Ensure adherance to process and Financial Controls
- Assist leadership in ensuring process documentation is accurate and comprehensive, including training materials, audit documents and work instructions
- Support the Receivables team in account analysis, reconciliation and resolution
- Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and recommend strategies
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with other Railroads, and internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Collections and Publications
- Drill down to the root cause to resolve complex issues; ensure a go-forward process is in place
- Drive process improvement by proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions
- Protect CPKC's value by keeping information confidential
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
**Preferred**
- Three (3) years Railroad transportation experience
**Working Conditions**
- This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday. There may be a need for occasional work after hours or weekends.
- This position may require mínimal travel up to 10% of the time.
