Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.We are looking for a person to analyze the transportation and distribution systems, procedures, and methods to develop and utilize the most economically advantageous and efficient means of delivering raw material and finished goods for Donaldson LATAM facilities.Role Responsibilities:Conduct distribution network studies to maximize the efficiency of operations and drive out costs while meeting or exceeding on-time delivery performance standards.Procure transportation services, negotiate contracts/rates, and manage performance of transportation service providers.Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure competitive pricing based on market conditions.Coordinate operations for import, export, and domestic shipments according to our clients' needs.Provide mentorship to other team members to encourage the development of hard and soft skills, looking for the growth of the talent in the department.Travel: NAMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or similar.3+ years of experience in similar positions or working for freight forwarders.Experience coordinating import, export & domestic operations.Intermediate level of Spanish & English communication.Problem-solving skills.Proactive.Teamwork.Preferred Qualifications:Negotiation with suppliers.Monitor KPIs and develop actions to achieve them.Cost reduction project development and implementation.Experience in hazmat materials transportation.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
