Android Software Engineer - Mexico City

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Android Software Engineer to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality Android client code solutions that deliver on Product Strategy and adhere to established engineering best practices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Android applications using Kotlin and other relevant technologies.Partner with software engineers, UX/UI designers, quality engineers, product owners/analysts to deliver high-performing quality customer experiences.Actively participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring all team commitments are delivered on time and of the highest quality.Mentor junior to mid-level members of the team.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Intermediate-advanced English fluency.At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.At least 2 years of experience building Android applications.At least 2 years of experience with Kotlin.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience building Android applications.3+ years of experience with Kotlin.1+ years of experience in open-source frameworks.1+ years of experience with Agile practices.About Capital OneCapital One is an equal opportunities employer.
