We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Accounts Payable Supervisor**, based in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
**

As Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to manage the accounts payable process activities in a timely and accurate way to comply with SOX regulations and GBS Mexico Guidelines, and ensure invoices are processed and paid on time for freight and commercial suppliers.
**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:

- Standardize and streamline processes and controls.
- Maintain key process indicators to measure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain detailed procedures and documentation to support internal and external audit requests.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and coordination with other GBS departments.
- Proficiency of accounting guidelines and SOX controls.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Strong attention to detail, data analysis and problem solving.
- Ability to motive team members.
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize core competencies.
- Self-starter with a focus on process improvement.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge in SAP, QAD, Coupa and Lear Financial suite of systems.
- +3 years of related professional work experience and +1 year of experience as supervisor.
- Proficient in computer software Office.
Excellent skills in excel (spreadsheet enthusiast and fast).
