We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.**Position Purpose**:Logistics Group is a leading retail logistics and consolidation provider that out-performs the market by bringing your product to the retail shelf on-time, in-full, and at a lower overall cost. The purpose of this position is to update customer orders and appointments on time so we can comply with our 98% OTIF goal and customer satisfaction.**Requirements**:**Responsibilities**:- Gather Appointment Confirmations from LTL carriers and the Teams scheduling appointments.- ODFL Chargeback Process- Estes / FedEx Appointment Confirmations- Scheduling Confirmations- Once the Confirmation has been received Index the confirmation into Mcleod. (Process under development)- POD Requests - Gather PODs from carrier
