As our Appointment Setter Client Services Representative, you'll be conducting daily phone calls from your home office to schedule meetings with prospects and our sales representatives.

This is a VIRTUAL position with video team meetings on a weekly basis.
Job Duties:
- Be the main point of contact for warm prospects who are looking for answers regarding our services that have filled out our contact forms on our website.
- Answer inbound calls and chats from prospects (who are mostly retired or approaching retirement) with questions.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential clients (in real-time as they come in) to schedule appointments for sales reps.
- Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction through one-call resolution typically by scheduling the appointment.
- Coordinate any necessary communication between our sales reps and prospects.
- Reset appointments on behalf of our sales reps.
- Maintain a daily log of calls and appointments made to new leads and prospects, including detailed call notes.

- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or business field, preferably related to appointment setting and in a virtual setting.
- Excellent ENGLISH verbal, written, and customer service skills.
