We're currently seeking an Assembly Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing assembly processes for various products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of the assembly processes. **Responsibilities**:
- Design and optimize assembly processes for various products, considering quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and manufacturing engineers, to develop effective assembly strategies and techniques.
- Analyze product designs for ease of assembly and manufacturability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Assembly Process Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in analyzing product designs for ease of assembly and manufacturability.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to assembly processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with CAD software, such as CATIA or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Project management skills.
