This role requires a strong background in developing rich B2B digital experience for fast growing technology companies.**Job Duties & Responsibilities**- Partner with VP, Marketing in rebranding the Company master brand and building out a visual & verbal branding guidelines.- Evolve the MetaMap brand to achieve the big vision we're bringing to life over the next few years.- Champion and take ownership of building out a scalable & flexible design system for all aspects of creative and brand marketing.- Build an iterative design process that unleashes the creativity of your team, and champions continuous testing and optimization.- Lead the creation and development of experiences, materials and designs that are strategic, high-quality, and push the brand expression across channels, segments, and new markets.- Build, foster, and cultivate an inclusive, inquisitive design team culture that is bold in execution, and oriented towards ownership and growth.- Work with internal stakeholders to create clear briefs for brand design projects.- Own planning process and resource allocation in partnership with marketing leadership team and other key leaders.- Manage internal employees, external agencies and freelancers.- Create brand strategies that increase brand awareness and perception across audiences and geographies. Turn strategies into systems that empower others and can scale as we grow.- Have a deep understanding of web development and creative processes with the ability to champion best practices across the organization.- Partner with marketers to create assets needed to deliver on our ambitious growth goals.- Partner with the product and product design teams to bring our brand to life across customer touch points in the product.- Foster a culture of data-driven creativity that allows the team to do the most impactful and best work of their careers.- Be a visionary and creative leader that comes to work each day to unlock our potential and bring to life the incredible mission and purpose of our company
