Join us and we can make a difference together.Key ResponsibilitiesManages global category spend for approximately $400 -500M.Responsible for building short and long-term Contract Manufacturing category strategy to ensure operational excellence and efficiencies are met.Establishes a cross-functional network and fosters collaboration with suppliers, wider supply chain organization, engineering, quality, and product management.Owns the vendor performance data and reports metrics to leadership.Develops and implements a category strategy which optimizes affordability, availability, agility, and innovation.Manages external relationships with suppliers and assumes responsibility for all internal activities and decisions associated with Contract Manufacturing category and suppliers, including contract negotiations, new products development, approved vendor list, RFX, re-sourcing, dual qualification, pricing changes, quality, and capacity.Collaborates within the Global Strategic Sourcing team and across Product Management and Engineering to align on long-term strategy, technology roadmap, and risk mitigation.Develops and maintains expert knowledge of respective global supply markets, competitors, and product innovations.Builds and develops a team of Contract Manufacturing experts to drive global performance.Required ExperienceConversational English level.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.10+ years experience in sourcing environment and familiarity with industrial operations.Strategic sourcing experience in Contract Manufacturing.Experience with strategic sourcing and lean tools.Digital dexterity and ability to leverage data.Strong knowledge of supply chain strategy (development and execution) and category specific experience.Proven track record of successful leadership, negotiation, and strategic communication.Preferred ExperienceBachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, finance, or business.MBA or professional certifications (CPM, CPSM, CIRM, CPIM).Independently driven problem solver with appetite to address complex challenges in a fast-moving environment.Strong business acumen and experience collaborating across various levels within a diverse, global organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
