You will be responsible for driving product differentiation strategy & execution end-to-end. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing a product management practice at MetaMap over the next 2-4 quarters.You will be partnering closely with product & sales teams to develop & implement messaging & conversion strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first and most senior member of our product marketing function, and to truly define the role and build the team at MetaMap.**Key responsibilities**- Hire and mentor a team of product managers & help build out framework, process, and project plan for product marketing's collaboration with sales, demand generation, and product teams.- Messaging and positioning: Build the messaging framework for our product, including customer pain points, value propositions, product benefits, and differentiation- Build strong relationships with counterparts in product & sales and collaborate with them on messaging, conversion & GTM strategies.- Own and implement strategy for merchant communication to drive product engagement.- Champion product led growth and work with the head of marketing in developing and implementing a PLG strategy over the next 3-5 quarters.-- Increase sales velocity as measured by improved conversion rates on lead to demo and demo to close by the end of their first 90 days.- Create templates the Sales team can use for sales calls, events, outbound, and more- Help organize and design different use cases that can be used for lead generation and sales purposes on the website**Skills & Experience**- 7+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth B2B startup. Previous ownership of product marketing, including research and messaging frameworks- Fluency in English
