Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients' lives.**Position Summary**:This position resides within the Teleflex Anesthesia and Respiratory business unit's Marketing team in Latin America. In collaboration with the Product Manager of Anesthesia and Emergency Medicine, this role will create, execute and manage full-stream marketing efforts for Latin America Anesthesia and Respiratory products. This role actively partners with the Latin America Sales and Leadership teams, Global Marketing counterparts, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the execution and implementation of marketing strategies to exceed growth projections.**Principal Responsibilities**:- Provide day to day management of the assigned product lines which includes:- Providing sales support such as sales materials, product questions, cross-references, information for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and customer communications- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to maintain high service levels- Manage inventory availability questions, backorder and constraint process- In collaboration with manager, develop and implement tactical plans to increase penetration and drive sales of existing products and drive portfolio management.- Develop content for core products and new product introductions, including market development, training, education and sales/marketing collateral.- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams on projects that improve cost, quality, product efficiencies, and profitability.- Communicate effectively with Business Unit Leadership, Project teams, Marketing Leadership, Sales, and Sales Leadership members- Provide support to Regulatory Affairs team on local product registrations.- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager.- Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.**Education / Experience Requirements**:- A bachelor's degree is required with areas of preference including marketing, business administration, nursing, or another similar degree area.- A minimum of one to two years of post-degree work experience is expected
