Aladdin combines sophisticated risk analytics with comprehensive portfolio management, trading, and operations tools on a single platform to power informed decision-making and create a connective tissue for thousands of users investing worldwide.The Multi-Asset Solutions Lab (MAS Lab) is a global team of product managers, engineers, and designers on a dual mission: supporting the continued growth of the MASS business and evolving Aladdin's whole portfolio capabilities.You will work closely with teams across Aladdin Engineering, Aladdin Data, and MASS to build innovative solutions to some of our most complex challenges. The team's work is critical to advancing many of BlackRock high-growth offerings, including Outsourced CIO, Model Portfolio Solutions, LifePath, and more.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with team members in a multi-office, multi-country environment.Deliver high efficiency, high availability, concurrent and fault tolerant software systems.Partner with product management, design, and stakeholders through all phases of the product lifecycle - from design through development, release, and ongoing support.Enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test software applications that support the business.Apply validated quality software engineering practices through all phases of development.Ensure resilience and stability through quality code reviews, unit, regression and user acceptance testing, dev ops and level two production support.Drive a strong culture by bringing principles of inclusion and diversity to the team and setting the tone through specific recruiting, management actions and employee engagement
