Associate Virtual Meeting Analyst

**What you'll do**- Event planning and delivering broadcasts, streaming meetings to Workplace, recording and managing material presented during events.- Monitoring and scheduling videoconferences.- Technical support, global conference coordination, general administration.- Creating manuals and information material. Providing training sessions for customers. Informing groups of administrators of our service.- Single point of contact for meetings, coordinating and monitoring.**Essential for the role**- A minimum 2 years of experience in a virtual or live event producing role.- Experience managing online events that involve multiple speakers/presenters on a national or global scale.- Expertise managing or hosting an event on virtual meeting platforms (i.E.
