Our continued success depends on it!- Position overview: The Automation Analyst is responsible for the monitoring, supporting, and enhancing automated processes involving Insulet corporate systems. The Automation Analyst will refine existing and implement new process automations to improve IT operations and meet the needs of new IT projects- JOB / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor and troubleshot EDI processes- Monitor, troubleshoot and approve automated IT processes- Become proficient in Insulet's automation tool sets- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations involving Corporate Systems- Ensure tracking and resolution of production issues identified via alerts and support tickets- Perform analysis on existing automations and related business processes to identify areas for improvement- Work on project teams to implement new automated process- JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Requirements- Knowledge / Education:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience- Job Experience:- Work experience with an SDLC to development and deploy system changes- Experience supporting production IT systems- Experience updating technical documentation- Experience troubleshooting data related and technical integration issues- Experience working with cross-functional teams and remote teams- Skills/ Competencies- Action oriented self-starter who can learn new tools and platforms to meet the changing requirements of a modern IT environment- Strong analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot complex data issues- Ability to work with various data formats (XML, CSV, CLS, etc.)- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, on concurrent projects- Well organized with excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills.- Knowledge of process automation, scripting, integration and ETL tools is desirable- Understanding of networks and web services is desirableNOTE: This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired). #LI-Remote
