**Description**

Provide the necessary support for union and no union personnel to obtain the Federal Railroad License for Railroad Technical Personnel. Maintains a reliable data base for tracking federal licenses. In relation to the verifications by the regulatory authority, it generates the follow-up with the areas involved to comply with the observations made, providing the necessary information/documentation to the legal department. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Solves a range of moderately complex problems. Contributes to department objectives and outcomes as guided.

**Accountabilities**
- Develops and administers union or no union employee's documents for obtaining their Federal License.
- Works with supervisors from different areas to have on time and the accurate documents needed.
- Assist the employees after their Federal License class in securing the proper signatures on the DC3, logging into the government system, scanning in the proper documents.
- Program of medical examinations with SICT for personnel in need of them.
- Work closely with Training Team to assure that each one of the union or no union employees that ends each week the Federal License course moves forward with the process.
- Assist during the workday to all the union or no union employees at each location who already have their documentation but haven't complete the process before the SCT yet.
- Generates the follow-up with the areas involved to comply with the observations made by Regulatory Authority on verifications, providing the necessary information/documentation to the compliance area of the legal department.
- Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture interactions with coworkers, business partners, customers and stakeholders.
- Attends to issues related to the compliance of the concession that may be required, such as information analysis or data collection.

**Required**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Working Conditions**
- This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday. There may be a need for occasional work after hours or weekends.
- This position may require mínimal travel up to 10% of the time.
